RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you receive a product with discrepancies or issues and wish to return it for a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Return Process:
- Returns: Return the product along with the receipt either via courier shipment or by visiting Kedai Emas Anuar, Shah Alam.
- Responsibility: Kedai Emas Anuar is not responsible for any loss or damage of shipments during return transit.
2. Eligibility for Return:
Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
- Incorrect Items: If the product differs from what was ordered.
- Size/Measurement Discrepancies: If the product does not match the size or measurement specified on our website.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days upon approval. Kedai Emas Anuar reserves the right to refuse any refund request. Returns due to a change of mind will not be entertained.
3. Return Period:
- Our return and refund policy are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
4. Condition for Return:
- Unused Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Exempt Goods: Gift cards and vouchers cannot be returned.
5. Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Items not in their original condition or with missing parts, not due to our error.
- Returns made more than 7 days after delivery.
6. Refund Process:
- Notification: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and check with your bank. Processing times can vary. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at admin@kedaiemasanuar.com.my.
8. Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded. Items purchased under clearance sales are also non-refundable.
9. Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- The exchanges policy follows the same terms as the return policy.
- To request an exchange, email us at admin@kedaiemasanuar.com.my and send the item to our store at Kedai Emas Anuar, Shah Alam.
10. Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
11. Shipping Returns:
- Address: Return your product to: No. 19 & 21 Jalan Plumbum P7/P, Seksyen 7, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor.
- Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Tracking: For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
