• Each gold item comes with a certificate of authenticity detailing its purity and weight to ensure customer confidence.
• Customers must present a certificate of guarantee to our store to claim rights under the product warranty conditions.
• Product exchange is available within 15 days.
• Ring resizing is available per 1 standard size depending on product design.
• Each product is guaranteed against defects from the production process, but this does not cover damage from improper use, modification, corrosion, or damage due to delivery.
• In the event of a product repair after use, the gold weight may differ from the original weight indicated in the certificate of guarantee.
• Product exchanges and buybacks are reserved for in-store only and are subject to terms and conditions.

After-Sales Service Available (In-Store Only)

• Each product is offered with a certificate of guarantee card.
• The product guarantee covers only defects from the production process.
• The product guarantee is valid for 1 year.
• The Company reserves the right to determine conditions for product return and exchange.

• Customers can sign up for our loyalty program, earning points with each purchase that can be redeemed for discounts or exclusive offers.
• A complimentary annual cleaning service is available for all gold products purchased in-store, allowing customers to maintain their items’ shine and value.

Repair Service Through Online Channels

1. The sender and buyer must be the same person as indicated on the receipt or certificate of guarantee for repair service.
2. Shipping and insurance fees for Door-to-Door service, payable by the customer.
3. Maximum package size is W18 x L25 x H17 cm.
4. Our consultants will inform customers of repair fees before proceeding.
5. In case of cancellation after sending products for repair, shipping and insurance fees will not be refunded.
